About Us
A Saudi procurement and projects company
AZM LEAD contracts as one accountable party across sourcing, execution and delivery — so a client manages one relationship instead of mediating between suppliers who have no contract with each other.
How we work
Most of what we deliver is time-bound. An exhibition hall does not move its opening date, a national day falls when it falls, and a procurement package tied to either inherits that deadline. Work is therefore scheduled backwards from the fixed point, not forwards from the start.
That shapes what we ask for at the outset: the immovable date, the approval chain, and who holds the relationship with the venue or the organiser. Those three answers determine most of the plan.
Who we work with
Private-sector companies, government and semi-government entities, and international firms entering the Saudi market — the last group usually needing a local partner who can hold the compliance side as well as the delivery.
- Commercial registration and VAT registration in the Kingdom
- ZATCA-compliant invoicing
- GOSI registration and insured crews on site
- Local supplier network alongside international sourcing
Where we operate
Headquartered in Riyadh, delivering in Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and nationwide. As the exhibition calendar thickens toward Expo 2030 Riyadh, build slots, skilled crews and long-lead imported items get harder to secure — booking early stops being good practice and becomes the plan.
